Thank you for using the Broadfield Wines website. Please read these terms regarding deliveries, our terms of service and the collection of personal information by our winery.

Delivery
Broadfield Wines currently use Australia Post to deliver our wines within Australia. Australia Post delivers Monday – Friday, during business hours only. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia; however post office boxes are not an option. Most of our customers provide us with instructions to leave the wine in a safe place, as this is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box advising you to collect your wine at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you, as Australia Post couriers can not call prior to delivery.

In some instances we may use courier delivery.

Due to US import laws, we are unable to deliver wines to the US. Wines can only be imported into the United States through a licensed importer. Terms of Service

Age Restriction
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years of age. Liquor Licence 2401 4369. ABN 8602 4913 656. Penalties Apply!

Insurance
All wine orders are insured against physical loss and damage while in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

Availability
Please understand wine is available while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction we will substitute wines with a follow-on vintage.

Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure E-Way account.

Refunds
A charge of 4 % (four percent) of the purchase price (excluding freight) will be charged on customer requested refunds for bank and administration costs.

Privacy Policy
We only use these details within our business and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us. Your details will never be sold or released to a third party for any reason.

Errors & Omissions
Every endeavor is made to keep the information shown on our website up to date and current, however Broadfield Wines carries no responsibility for its accuracy and/or omissions that may occur from time to time. At our discretion, we may make changes to information we publish at any time without notice.
